Certified Copies of Birth, Death Certificates
Birth and Death Certificates are on file at the Clerk's Office for people who were born or died within the Village of North Hornell limits.

All certified copies cost $10.

Proof of identity is required and a request form will need to be completed

Handicap Parking Permits/Tags
The Clerk issues parking permits for Village residents with disabilities at no charge. Applications may be obtained at the Clerk's Office and the permit/tag will be issued once the form is completed by the applicant's doctor and returned to the Clerk.

Most doctors have this form available to facilitate the process.

Monday - Thursday: 10:00am to 4:00pm

Friday - 9:00am to 11:00am

                          Hours may change at any time. 

Call ahead if traveling to the office to make sure the office is open.

The Village Clerk's Office is CLOSED on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
