Village of North Hornell Board

Hello, my name is John Falci. I am a retired teacher from the Hornell City School District. I had the pleasure of teaching for  38 years. In the early 90's, I became a member of the Village Board. I've served as a Trustee, Deputy Mayor and now for the past several years, as Mayor.

My wife Debbie Edwards and I were married in 1978. Debbie just retired as a teacher at the Arkport Central School. We have one son Jake Falci who married Raelyn Ilges in 2012. Thsy now hav a daughter, Olivia Grace, who is the love of our lives. Jake is a teacher at Rush-Henrietta Schools. He teaches math and is also the varsity soccer coach and head golf coach. Raelyn is a teacher at a private school in Henrietta and also a cheerliading coach at Rush-Henrietta. 

Our Village board meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 7PM. We would love to see you there!

Hello, my name is Peter DiRaimondo. I would like to thank the Village resident for giving me the opportunity to serve as a Trustee. I have lived in the Village since 1987. It is a wonderful place to live, work and raise children. I worked for the Hornell Post Office and I am now retired. There are several projects that I am proud to be a part. I look forward to working with the Mayor and the Board on any issues that are brought to our attention.
Hello, my name is Frank Libordiand I have served as a Trustee since March of 2016 
I am a graduate of Alfred State College, Alfred University, and Elmira College and am currently a History and Government teacher at the Hornell High school. I live at 51 Third St with my wife Kristene. 

I currently serve as a member of the Finance committee in the Village. I am more than happy to help serve you, the village citizens during my term of office..
 
 
Hello, my name is Elise McCollumn. I am the newest member to sit on the North Hornell Board of Trustees. I was elected in March of 2017. 
 
Hello, my name is Joseph Ingallsand I live at 384 Seneca Rd in the Village. My wife Christine and I have three grown children and three grandchildren. I am a retired from the New York State Department of Transportation where I was employed for 30 years with a background in highway and bridge construction and maintenance. I graduated from Alfred State College with an Associates degree in Construction technology and also from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. I have been a licensed professional engineer since 1984.

I have volunteered and served as an officer in several local not-for-profit organizations for over thirty years, In my spare time I enjoy family activities, golfing and assisting clients/shoppers with their plumbing needs at a local home improvement center. 
In March 2016 I was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees.
