Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 4:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 11:00am

Vanessa Scott was appointed Deputy Clerk/Deputy Registrar in October 2018. She comes to the village after 25 years of secretarial/administrative support in the special education setting at Canaseraga Central School.

In June of 2019 Vanessa was appointed as Clerk/Registrar/RMO and Chief Election Officer. Vanessa and her Husband Rich bought a house in the Hornell area at the end of 2020 and enjoy the Hornell area that they now call home with their pups Miss Myla (AKA: The Diva of Hornell and “Deputy Dog of the Village”) and Miss Izzy.

The goal of the Clerks office is to offer professional, timely and pleasant service to all Village residents and visitors.

Taxes and Sewer rents may be placed in the outside drop box after village hours.
